Below you can find different organizations that I've worked with over the years.

Philadelphia Museum of Art

I wrote a commissioned piece of poetry for The Philadelphia Muesum of Art for their reimagination of their space.

Singing City

I was commissioned to write a song for The Singing City and worked with composer Ethan Haman.

The Barnes Foundation

I did a poetry reading at The Barnes Foundation for one of their reading series.

YWCA Tri-County

I wrote did a poetry reading for YWCA Tri-County's week without violence and wrote a poem with themes of domestic violence and what love should feel like.

Girl Scouts

I worked with Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania to write a commissioned piece of poetry to represent their GirlzDay event. I also served as a panelist as a Gold Award Girl Scout.

Lincoln University

I led a poetry workshop about social media and the political climate, asking students to reflect and write about these themes. I also participated in a Q&A panel with university scholars.

Chester Community Charter School

I read a selection of my poetry to middle school students, led poetry workshops for several classrooms, and participated in a Q&A for students and staff.

Rain Poetry Project

I partnered with Pennsylvania Humanities on a literary project in Philadelphia that promotes literacy among students in different neighborhoods. The project had poetry workshops in various schools. Selected poems were painted on the sidewalk, and when it rains the poem appears. I collaborated with poets and artists committed to empowering youth. Lastly, I created a lesson plan for instructors to teach haiku about growth and community to elementary school children."
